As a member of Omac, all of our software complies with PackML (Packing Machine Language) standardized guidelines. This means that we can easily integrate into existing lines and factory management systems. The PackML standard defines machine status, OEE (Total Equipment Effectiveness, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), flexible recipe schemes, and common SCADA and MES inputs.

All our machines are equipped with the OPC UA's industrial interoperability framework for external communication and data output.

Since all our machines have OPC UA capability we easily can connect to IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) solutions. We do supply our machines with standard software connection to cloud-based software for data collection, analysis, and diagnostics.  We cooperate with Innius and Siemens, and all our machines will include free basic software to monitor and analyze machine data. 

For you, this means that you can reach our service department from your own mobile device, you can monitor your machine status and availability from everywhere on your mobile device, and you can easily predict service and maintenance need prior to breakdowns.  This adds value and cost saving to your production.

Our machines have reduced the use of pneumatics, in some cases completely eliminated. In addition, we use materials that are meant to last longer and reduce the need for replacement. The machines focus on simple operation and ergonomic handling for better HMS. All our machines can also be equipped with an automatic disinfection system.
